REFUND POLICY

We are unable to offer any refunds or exchange on orders and custom orders. This is simply because the product has been specifically altered to suit our customers. We also purchase the materials prior to processing your order, so your deposit will be used to fulfil the order. We always confirm orders before proceeding to the next step to avoid confusion and mistakes.
We do not recommend for the artwork to be taken off the mannequin or to be worn. We are not liable for any damage after we have shipped the artwork. any loss or damage but we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfectly on your body. 

You will not be liable for a refund customer once we have started making your product. You will lose your full deposit to cover the cost of the materials purchased to fulfil your order. If you cancel after orderin a custom design, please note that the cost for the material and the shipping will be deducted from the total balance.
Your order can only be amended before we start making your product. Any amendments will cost extra and will need to be paid before we continue.
We are not responsible for any products getting lost on the way, so please ensure that you track your package to avoid losing out.
Once we have completed your order it will be sent via recorded delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number. Once we have sent off your product, we are not responsible for your package getting lost on the way. We can only assist by providing you with the tracking number so that you can raise a dispute with the selected shipping company.

Shipping and Processing Information

After purchasing the ready made artwork please give us at least 3 working days to prepare and send your product. All local orders are sent VIA UPS and for orders outside of the U.K will be sent VIA a reputable international carrier; all international orders are tracked.
When purchasing a custom design, It will take us up to 30 working days to process your order after receiving your payment, we aim to complete the process within 20-25 working days, however, the process can take up to 30 working days ( Monday - Friday).
When your custom order is ready, we will notify you VIA our email/social platform and send your product within 2 working days. Due to the nature of items getting lost in the post, we always send our packages special delivery which can be tracked.
You will be provided with your proof of delivery just in case you have not received your item, please use the tracking number to track and raise a dispute with the chosen delivery company. Please contact us at [email protected] if you require more information on how to raise a dispute.
